Ocean City 4th of July

The flood gates open when Independence Day rolls around, and Ocean City hotels fill up. The Ocean City Parks and Recreation office sponsors a family friendly Jamboree at the Northside Park that begins in the late afternoon, complete with games, crafts, prizes, delicious food off the grill and loads of patriotism. It all leads up to an incredibly impressive fireworks display on the beach.

If you're more interested in grabbing a spot on the sand and having the best view of the fire that will occur in the Ocean City night sky, you'll want to arrive early to claim your "area." You'll be thrilled to know that the early arrivals will also have the best seats for the live concert to proceed the evening's climax. In past years, the concert has been provided by the U.S. Army Band.

Ocean City Labor Day Weekend

A Labor Day weekend in Ocean City is a wonderful way to say farewell to the summer. If you love live music, all you'll need is a beach lounger or a beach blanket and you're set.
