The Balboa Bungalow does require a three-night minimum stay during September through May, and a seven-night minimum stay from June to August. The two bedroom/two bath Ostend Oasis also located on Mission Beach is perfect for a large group or family. The unit has a maximum occupancy of eight. The Ostend Oasis has recently undergone a renovation and features an all-new full-size kitchen with built in cabinets. Some of the other updates include hardwood floors and new furnishings. There isn’t a washer/dryer located in the unit, but there is an on-site laundry area. The Ostend is minutes away from major San Diego attractions such as Balboa Park, the Gaslamp Quarter and the San Diego Zoo.
