There are no pretensions at DOMVS - The Italian Restaurant. Located inside the Sheraton Towers Singapore , Chef Carlo Marengoni has created a menu of simple yet tasteful dishes that will appeal to many palates. The decor is classy with floral fabric, shiny wood and warm lights. Enjoy signature items such as fork-tender lamb with garlic sauce and veal-stuffed ravioli in zucchini sauce. There is also the usual selection of home-made pastas in delightful tomato, seafood, white wine and lobster sauce. The wine list reflects Italian vintages selected by Chef Marengoni himself.
