Le 1 Place Vendôme restaurant located at Hôtel de Vendôme is the best place to find quality French cuisine. All credit goes to the Master Chef Fréderic Fallope, who has managed to find a delicate balance of classicism and authenticity. For him, his food does all the talking. Try the small duck foie gras Panacottas, served with chilled melon and mango soup and a pan-fried king-prawn! It's delicious!
