Abu Hasan a.k.a. Ali Karavan, is popular for its hummus, rumoured to be the best in the area—people come in from far and wide just for a taste. When it runs out of stock, usually by mid-afternoon, the restaurant closes for the day. Make sure you reach before time or you will lose out. Although the place is quite comfortable and friendly, the experience doesn't last long; as soon as you finish your meal you have to make place for others waiting their turn!
