Fingerlakes in Albany???

Albany is a fine small city but it's not near the Finger Lakes. Syracuse and Rochester are the notable cities near the Finger Lakes. Albany is on the Hudson River.

I Lived in or near Albany for a long time...I'm home in the desert now ( thank goodness)...but would let anyone who plans on a trip near Albany to stop by. There are a lot of things to do in the area...Museums...theatre...good food...great people...To the writer from Syracuse/Rochester...( jokingly ) who cares about the 'cuse...or Rochester...I'll take Albany and Buffalo anytime.
