Annapolis is a very fun town for a weekend getaway

We've been several times. Afternoons can be spent people watching, shopping in the many quant stores downtown, or seeing the sites. Fall Saturday afternoons are particularly nice, whether the Navy football teem is playing in town or not. It is dificult to spend a weekend thee without meeting local residents - and odds are good that you will get invited sailing.
