Singapore Located just off the southern tip of Southeast Asia's Malay Peninsula, the island nation of Singapore continues to grow as a popular tourist destination. Singapore is a country that has experienced vast urbanization over the past several decades, yet still remains home to a diverse people who live under the governing laws of a republic.
