1.Atlantic City is the PITS!!!!!!!

Having booked a 3 day weekend there, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything we did was conflictual. Arguing with the Maid not to clean our room, Do Not Disturb sign was on our door, Being refused access into the Diamond Lounge, we have been Diamond Players for the past 5 years, Charging us double the price for a slice of pizza if we used our reward card, Very limited parking, as a guest we should have been able to park before visitors do, & the worse was being hassled w... More

All this took place at Harrah's . Atlanitc City does not even come close in comparison to Las Vegas, which we frequent annually. AC drop in revenue isn't due to other States opening Casinos such as Pennsylvania but in fact due to the atmosphere and poor treatment of guests who vow NEVER to return such as we have.

Atlantic City has come a mighty way. The hotels have improve. Went to the Borgata for a show saw Jill Scott not a bad seat in the house. It may not be Vegas but if you need to get away for the weekend you can have fun there.... More

You have to know where to stay eat and hangout. The Borgata and The Water Club are true top notch hotels.The new boutique hotel The Chealea is supposed to be fantastic . The AC Airshow this past week was spectacular. AC has the potential of becoming better that Vegas becuase of the beautiful beach boardwalk and the proximity from Manhattan. AC isl booming and growing! ... More
