As one of the ritziest restaurants in town (and the only one with a well-enforced dress code), Le Beaujolais offers the very best in fine dining. With delectable rarities such as grilled Alaskan halibut, brazed British Columbia salmon fillets and Albertan caribou steaks, the potential for gastronomic indulgence is unlimited. The famous "surprise dinner", which includes six pre-selected courses as well as several "chef's surprises" are all yummy and worth exploring. There are over 600 wines available, starting at excellent rates. The subdued and relaxed atmosphere, complete with spotless linen tablecloths, is refined without being ostentatious.
