The Boardwalk Restaurant is part of the marina complex. Enjoy an uninterrupted view of the river and marina. There are mooring facilities available for those who wish to arrive by boat. Award-winning chefs Brett Constance and Patrick Ryan prepare an extensive menu. Dishes include noissettes of southwest venison pan seared accompanied by a homemade kangaroo sausage, celeriac mousseline and a roasted beetroot relish and pave of Atlantic salmon on lightly buttered leeks with a roasted eggplant tapenade and a light chive sauce.
