We are all College Students going to the Beijing Olympics for 15 days in China's capital. Afterwards we are going to have some sun suntan beachsports & tropical drinks to the island paradise-Boracay! Couple of my friends and I have been there 2 yrs. ago on a Spring Break and we had some backpacking island hopping experience. We had so much fun and the girls were party girls. I can't wait to go back. I remember the water was just phenomenal! You can see the pictures and it's so much bet... More

I can't wait to go back. I remember the water was just phenomenal! You can see the pictures and it's so much better when you're actually there. We are an active crowd and we are going to do all the watersports that they have. The party scene at White Beach the main beach will bop till morning hrs. Drinks music and girls an unbeatable combination.

WHAT A PLACE the water was wonderful warm and clear unlike where we are in the US. plenty of delicious places to eat prices are much higher in boracay then in other places in the philippines but still very much worth every penny. We really liked the hotel we had right on the ocean front and had a family suite that slept six people it was a little pricey for apx. $ 150 a night but it was worth it. One word of caution though while sitting on our second floor porch overlooking the boardwalk use caution around the sidewalk vendors selling watches and sunglasses I observed them pick-pocket a few people on the board walk from our view on the porch my filipino in-laws and my self were very astounded as this is not how someone should spend their vacation being worried about getting pick-pocketed. Lots of entertainment and food available one of the best places to go to. Well worth it we had so many beautiful sunsetting memories. Best sunset are to be viewed here also.

Go and you will definitely love this Paradise island. The music the food the gorgeous women the watersports the shops the massages and the friendly locals are all worth the trip. Once you've been to Boracay Island you will want to live in the Philippines. I am actually thinking on buying a beach front house in the Philippines. It's a perfect vacation home every winter specially on brutal winter months here in the east coast.
