Buenos Aires is the Best!! 
Buenos Aires is the  Best!! I've been there three years in a row and hope to go back this year.  I hightly recommend staying at the Claridge Hotel on Tucuman just a half block from Florida Street.  The rooms are great, the check in flawless, and the conscierge staff (Alicia and Pablo) are awesome - extremely helpful.  The city has wonderful restaurants (Brocolino on Esmeralda great for Italian food; Palacio de las papas fritas is a classic BA restaurant.  It's almost impossible to get less than a great meal in BA.  I LOVE the empanadas. Quillmes beer is very good.  The wines (malbec and chardonneys)  can't be beat.  The malbecs are classic to Argentina.  BA is a walking city.  Take a taxi to Plaza Serano and check out the botiques, restaurants, and shops.  

Of all the places I've traveled Argentina shares the top of the list with only a few others.  I also recommend vistiing El Calafate, Ushuaia, Bariloche, and Iguasu in Argentina.. alll nice places.
