Minimize Grand King Hotel Review 
My wife and I stayed at The Grand King Hotel from March 5-12, 2008. The room was small but simple. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was very attentive. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpfull. The breakfast was excellent, and the location on Lavalle near Florida was perfect . If you are finicky and expect everything to be perfect than this may not be the hotel for you. But if you want a very nice place, centrally located, with a pleasant staff and decent rooms, than my wife and I can highly recommend this hotel.
