I, unfortunately, had much difficulty working with Travelocity. I had made a typographical error in last name - thus it did not match the passport - and trying to fix it was impossible. They wanted to charge me an additional $461.00 to correct the typo since I had done it online. Although I had made the reservations 4 months prior, I had not noticed the error until a week prior to the trip. Working with them was very stressful and unprofessional. I give credit to Alaska airlines for helping me with this problem. They corrected it from their customer service department and the trip was very successful.
