Poor customer service. Room did not accommodate all of us like we were told it would. Floor boards were loose with nails poking through. Bathroom had strong sewer smell,toilets would not flush properly. All inclusive was a la carte not buffet like we were told. Had to drag your luggage up the stairs and there were 4 floors. When stocking the rooms there were not enough towels and face cloths provided for 6 people. We were not told by the staff that we could go a couple of doors down to the af... More
Poor customer service. Room did not accommodate all of us like we were told it would. Floor boards were loose with nails poking through. Bathroom had strong sewer smell,toilets would not flush properly. All inclusive was a la carte not buffet like we were told. Had to drag your luggage up the stairs and there were 4 floors. When stocking the rooms there were not enough towels and face cloths provided for 6 people. We were not told by the staff that we could go a couple of doors down to the affiliate hotel and use the facilities,other customers provided that information for us. We were asked questions when ordering room service eg: What a lot of food to order are you having a party? We have 6 people in our family there is a lot of people to feed! No beach like in the pictures due to the hurricane washing it away! The pictures and reviews are not what this facility is like at all. We were not told of extra charges for example local calls they charge to your room,incoming and outgoing. So when we presented to check out on the final day they had a big bill with phone charges, and if you dispute this charge and don't pay,your shuttle that you pre booked before arriving will not take you to the airport. So your pretty much stuck or you have to pay more money and hail down a cab or two. The customer service is terrible we expressed our disappointment and the staff just stood there and looked at you like whatever. It is a shame that this happened because Cancun is beautiful and this was our first time vacationing there and now we don't want to return. Whose to say that the other hotels are not the same!
