Located on La Merced street, it was built in the 17th century, and much the same as other manorial houses of those times, it has ample patios, arched ceilings, doors and windows in typical colonial baroque style as well as a balcony. The facade shows the shield of Jose Sebastian Goyeneche, former Arequipa bishop. Nowadays it hosts the Banco Central de Reserva branch offices in Arequipa. It is a beautiful place to see during your walks through the city.
