Amazing Blend 
Cesky Krumlov was an amazing blend of the old and the new. We only spent one day there and pre-visit information had prepared us for another wonderful but serious historic site (UNESCO listed). What we weren't prepared for was the "living" vacation spot. Below the walls of the castle, people were tubing and boating in the Czech version of a "lazy river" ride. Since it was nearing 100 degrees, I wish someone had told me to bring a bathing suit. We loved the feel of the town and wished that we could have stayed longer.
