The Vendue Inn is a Charleston favorite of mine. Whether traveling as a couple and using one of the beautiful suites or traveling with the family and being embraced by the staff as though you were royalty it was always a destination to look forward to.A fabulous breakfast buffet with coffee service is part of your stay as it wine cheese and shrimp in the raw at 4PM or the 9PM milk and cookies for the kiddies.The kids favorite?? Being greeted with WARM towels after playing inthe large fountain after a long day touring the majestic Charleston historic district.The rooms are spacious the baths with much marble are decadent and the service is unparalled.Oh amd did I mention in this A++ place they're also dog friendly? Couldn't believe it!
