I was Pleased with the flight to Charlotte. Didn't like the fact that they charge for stacks. The price of the ticket should have taken care of that. Other then that a one in ahalf to and an hour back flight was super! verse the 12 hour drive. Didn't see much of the city, was there to visit family. ... More

Charlotte was a pleasure for a fall base to visit Blowing Rock, Grandfather Mountain and such. The air trip was far too expensive ($530 r-trip from Palm Beach, coach? Plus $20 a bag on line or $25 in airport?) U.S. Airways is so cheap it even pockets what used to be a $2 or so tip to a skycap to check a bag from the sidewalk. No wonder they're losing passengers and furloughing crew. Travel would be great if it weren't for airline greed.... More

I was heading to my 50th class reunion in WV. Rented a car to drive to my destination.
That was fine although it rained all the way.
I am bothered by the fact I had to pay $54 each way for two bags, total $108.
I think that is excessive. Some airlnes don't charge for bags. The airline tickets cost enough already without adding this amount for baggage.... More
