Get outside the actual big city and find out what southern folk are about .I came from ST. lots of good restaurants . . try the brew house.. great food and drink. Lots of professional wrestlers live here . .. they used to be prt of the now defunt NWA.. but still fun to see them . . they are absolutely characters .. like sort of cartoon guys .. but your kids will know and think it is cool. Listen facts are facts, Charlotte is a beautiful city and most of the people are uptight business people wether your southerner, a Yankee, mexican, afro-american, asian, etc. And this is a reply to the review directly under this, wow you seem pretty angry at us "southerners" huh? Well who pissed in your cornflakes buddy? Get over it.... lifes too short to worry about petty stuff. TOO MANY SOUTHERNERS IN CHARLOTTE. MY GREAT GRANDFATHER FOUGHT AND WON THE WAR WITH THE SOUTH AND NOW US YANKEES ARE PART OF WHAT WE CALL....NORTHERN OCCUPATION OF LAND WON . Having lived in Charlotte for 10 years now... I used to like Charlotte however, New Yorkers are moving in way to fast.... and the new yorkers that first went to Florida are frustrated with the surge (and hurricanes down there) They have infiltrated the city as well.... Dang... I really hate the loudness in their voices and they are rude and pushy. I moved here for my job and some southern slowness... This city and the banking industry has ruined the city...
