It's EVERYWHERE!!! 
Listen facts are facts, Charlotte is a beautiful city and most of the people are uptight business people wether your southerner, a Yankee, mexican, afro-american, asian, etc. And this is a reply to the review directly under this, wow you seem pretty angry at us "southerners" huh? Well who pissed in your cornflakes buddy? Get over it.... lifes too short to worry about petty stuff.  As far as people wanting to know what Charlotte is like, well here ya go..... education as far as the school systems: POOR just awful one of the worst in the nation, so if you have kids you really need to research that to find out more. Charlotte is a growing city, drivers are crazy, VERY fast paced...forget the southern slowness of things!! Too much construction, confusing traffic patterns, poor air quality, over populated and growing. Like as said Charlotte is a pretty city but I wouldn't live or work there!
