I am unable to tell you because Tragically I was killed while crossing your deadly road, I only went to get a newspaper, and then  your delay in providing me the medical care I needed demanding a  huge sum of cash for a Medical Emergency, and what kind of person with any type of morals wouldn't at least send a note of apology? My Mother was only 57 years old and was the sweetest and kindest person, not just some foreigner, I would not recommend Chiang Mai to anyone I cared for.
