Wonderful experience from beginning to end... staff was excellent: very helpful and knowledgeable. Hotel was beautiful and historic; very classy. It's located in the heart of the theatre district. Within walking distance to pretty much everything you want to see in Chicago. I plan to stay here again when I return to Chicago.... More
