1.Chumphon - Thung wa len

Chumphon thailand is just a mid sized - moderate Thai Bed room city for a port or transit stop. Chumphon is the delightful little village of Thung wa len. A quiet strip of road along a cresent beach that kite boardersand windsurfers are starting to discover. I found this place to quaint even for Thai standards and absolutely perfect for healthy disappearing and windsurfing and kitesurfing. We stayed at Sea beach bungalow. What a treat. Cheap beautiful safe and clean. For wind November thru December are your months. Waves flat water lagoon training and trick riding. A mellow retreat.
