I live in Cicero and Cicero is about as communist as any American city can be. Gangs and gang bangers roam practically every street, the Cicero police are lazy, refusing to dust for fingerprints at even the worst crime scenes "unless they have the correct suspect in custody first," they point fingers at innocent victims and bystanders, they rarely ever pull over reckless drivers even if they are going 75 mph in a 20 mph zone. North of 35th street, absolutely nobody ever speaks Englis... More
