Bedbugs

I am very suprised that the Millium is the chosen hotel. They have made the papers for having bedbugs. I was going to stay there early this year but every room they showed me was very dark. I knew I would not be able to put on my makeup in the dark. I have never been in a hotel or anywhere with such a low wattage on a bulb. I then heard from people that live there, that right after I left they made the papers for having bedbugs. Glad I did not stay. Do you think that was the reason for the low l ... The Nati In The Slow Lane

I've been here ten years -- love the beautiful parks with their fantastic views -- prefer the weather here -- mild winters, and a rather quick jump into Springtime. However, I think it's about time that the Nati come out of the dark ages and get a better public transportation system! I miss the Rapid Transit in my hometown, Cleveland, Ohio. Oh, the stories this old river town could tell you

Just think of how many bare feet have stepped from boats on that river to a freedom they had never known before in the south. Step inside any one of the many architecturally stunning churches within several blocks of each other near Garfield Park. You'll think you are in Europe. Stay at The Garfield Inn..great service, great suites & workout room. Tale of Two Cities...Outside vs Inside

I live an hour from Cincy and find myself there at least once a month. Nearly everywhere I go, the streetscapes and building exteriors are, well...old, industrial. and gray--even on the sunniest days. BUT step inside and the scenes can change dramatically. Restuarants are trendy, doctors offices and hospitals are updated, museums are upscale. The parks are wonderful and some blocks downtown are fun to walk.
