I visit CS about 2-3 times per year and find it a terribly old and boring place. Once the view of the mountains wears off there is nothing but a bunch of left over's from the '60'S. I live in dallas and visit my daughter and grandchildren and find CS old dirty and terribly expensive to live. The town should have more to offer to people who live there. I guess they are happy but I don't think I could live there. Just my opinion everyone it entitled to one.... More

The whole town has a bedroom-community suburban feel to it in spite of the numbers of people and cars you will see. Traffic looks worse than it actually turns out to be. The nearby attractions aren't much for getting too excited about but most of them make good day trips for the family. This is an... More

The nearby attractions aren't much for getting too excited about but most of them make good day trips for the family. This is an area that you can pretty much see everything within 3-4 days in my opinion. I don't think there's anything there worth seeing twice but once is nice. The whole area is just a low-key and pleasant place to visit.
