This recent addition to the Guam dining scene offers the namesake kebabs and curries plus other savory Indian dishes in a tasteful atmosphere, on the second floor of the Hada Afai Exchange building. The stairs are narrow, but the palate is wide. Try Naan Indian bread. Try Tandoor-baked Chicken, Lobster and other meats. Try Samosa, Papaddam and Shrimp Masala. Eat family style and try more of everything. Extend your spice vocabulary to include saffron, cumin, cardamom, coriander, fenugreek, etc. Wash it down with a cool Mango Lassi.
