I love Dallas Texas for the food fun healthy sports minded folks and for the business opportunities that abound. The restaurants range from world-class and expensive to scrumptious yet economical. I love Dallas Texas for the food fun healthy sports minded folks and for the business opportunities that abound. The restaurants range from world-class and expensive to scrumptious yet economical. The atmosphere can be warm and comfy to cold and exotic and the options are seemingly infinite. Eclectic is the best description that I can use to classify the dining in Dallas in one word. The cities ability to attract top-notch eateries is unmatched in my book but to be fair I have not spent a significant amount of time in the major cities across the U.S .There is always something interesting going on in town and it is central to the entire United States making it a nice hub for multi-million dollar companies. You can reach anywhere USA in less than 3 hours; this is extremely attractive to companies that have large coast to coast footprints.Dallas is a relatively new city and this is obvious by the glittering skyline that usually will surprise most people when they catch a glimpse when they get near the downtown area. Dallas is also rich in sports options for the fanatics that will surely have options for anyone that is interested. The dining-out crowd will have no lack of choices because this decision will certainly leave them unable to try all the outstanding options in even a dozen trips. Like most cities the downtown area went through a resurgence to bring it back to life when in the late 80’s and early 90’s most folks were unwilling to venture there after the sun went down. One of my favorite times of year is during the State Fair of Texas; this occurs late September and runs for 3-4 weeks. During this time the University of Texas will play Oklahoma one weekend and the city turns into the biggest party I have ever seen. It is known locally as Texas OU weekend. There are very diverse people and cultures that come together to make a mix that is sure to offer something to every individual. Dallas is a very happening place. Upscale to Deep Ellum dives.
