Denton is a great place to visit if you love jazz. University of North Texas has a great College of Music. Lab bands and student bands play on and off campus. Great place to hear good jazz. There are a lot of small local restaurants that are good too. Denton is located 45 minutes north of Dallas and Fort Worth so it's a good alternative to staying in the metroplex.... More
