people who work there can not aford to live there 
I have been through Dubai several times.   It did amaze me how much biulding was going on, but the people doing the work are the lowest paid. It is cheap labor bein exposed.  The labores can not even afford to live in the buildings they have built.   There is no UNION and if you mentioned it you would be sent back to INDIA and would be black listed.

This is the place where MICRSOFT AND HALIBURTON have moved thier hedquarters.  Why

tax purposes.     They do have alot of attractions , worlds largest mall, tallest building  Palm islands.     When there becomes a one world government it will be hedqaurtered in Dubai.  Still a nice place to visit.   ONLY 2 HOUR FLIGHT TO BAGHDAD.
