1.Midwest charm on the Mississippi

Dubuque offers a slice of Midwest Americana much of the rest of the country never gets to see. Set right on the Mississippi river the city offers endless great views of the river and the bluffs of Wisconsin and Illinois. The people are extremely welcoming and you'll feel at home in no time. Things to see during your visit are the Diamond Jo casino Eagle Point park for the views the House on the Rock (a bit of a drive) the cable cars and the Mississippi River museum & aquarium. ... More
