The international entrance to the nations airport is a disgrace from the paint colors to English Only to the emigration, passport lines. As an airline employee, I try to look at all/both sides of how each airport runs and operates. I have to admit that the employees at Dulles are not geared to customer service, even with my own airline. The airport has gone thru some changes for the better but has a long ways to go. Changes always bring about temporary walk ways and construction signs. I have found that this airport due to location is better for lower rates. ... Read Full Review | Report This

Dulles-worst in 20 years of flying

I knew I was on Air France and sent to several misdirections--very poor English skills. But the worst was dragging luggage (2 with a carry on) which fell down an escalator. At the bottom of the escalator was at least 6-7 airport employees just watching my struggle. Not one offer of help. Also, for the first time ever stuff stolen that I had just carried for 18 hours from Europe while my back was turned to use the phone. ... Read Full Review | Report This

DULLES AIRPORT IS RIDICULOUS! Under staffed with poor customer service!

My one and only time there was absolutely horrible! I will never, never, never fly out of that airport, nor recommend anyone else to. I don't care if it was the only airport left, I would drive, swim, or walk to wherever I had to get to, rather than fly out of Dulles! And because Dulles left such a bad taste in my mouth, I will never even use the same airline I booked with because of the association! ... Read Full Review | Report This
