Located on the Rhine, Bonn was once the capital of West Germany, and remains an important player in the country's political scene. Its most famous resident was Ludwig van Beethoven, but Bonn is highly regarded today for its high-quality universities, vibrant culture and stunning architecture.

The vendors offer a wide variety of fresh foods fish meats vegetables and flowers. Sitting a few floors above and overlooking the market you have a wonderful view of the city square. Strolling through the streets you get a sense of belonging. Stores and restaurants are plentiful and offer something for just about any taste and budget. The local people are very friendly and willing to help with most anything whether it be directions gift selections or menu choices.
