See the March edition of Food and Wine for the wide variety of nouvelle Irish cuisine. Although Burtonport is not the busy seaport itonce was due to overfishing you can always get fresh lobster and shellfish at the pier before taking the ferry to Arranmore. On a clear day you can see the planes heading across the Atlantic .
