As usual, it is located on a hot spot in the center of town. The food is American, as is the Hard Rock Café concept. A choice of burgers, smokehouse specialties and sandwiches are on the menu. Why not try the neatly described Thick-cut Hickory Smoked Center-cut Pork Chop basted with a spicy-sweet Jim Beam Honey Bourbon Glaze, served with Roasted Garlic Smashed Potatoes, Homemade Gravy and Coleslaw!(yummy) Loads of guitars, records and even Lars Ulrich's (Metallica) old drum kit are here. Among all these collector's items, the restaurant has room for more than 80 guests. There is a souvenir shop as well, where you can buy T-shirts, glasses and other things.
