Wonderful old city

I have visited Heidelberg on several occasions, but have been disappointed by the number of cute, authentic German stores that have disappeared from the Hauptstrasse. Now there are mostly clothing stores and foreign goods. Heidelberg is still worth a visit; it just is not the Student Prince city any longer. ... Read Full Review | Report This

Heidelberg -- One of the Most Beautiful Cities in Germany!

Heidelberg is on the Neckar and has the cutest shops downtown, on the Hauptstrasse. The castle sits on the hill, making it very picturesque. I highly recommend viewing the "burning of the castle" in the summer. ... Read Full Review | Report This
