My family has vacationed here for years.  It is a wonderful, easy-going place with fantastic food and activities galore.  The area tends to be upscale yet people are comfortable enough not to have to flaunt it.  I look forward to my youngest graduating from HS so I can move right outside of Hilton Head to Beaufort or Blufton.  Savannah, GA is just an easy ride up the road with all the arts and charm of the old South.
