best place ever!!!!! 
jubayl is a very beautiful city, u must go there!!!! its the oldest city in the world, and the people are very friendly!!! u can go to many resorts, including ocean blue, the best resort ever! there also also mini markets where u can buy everything at an affordable price, and u can go to the el mina and ride on a boat and walk!!! im lebanese and my mom is from jubayl and i have to say that i would never want to leave that city the next time i go there!!!!
