My time in Kabul.

I was in Kabul in the spring of 03. The city and outlying areas are still very much war torn. Destruction is everywhere and frequent bombings are a common occurence along with the occasional rocket attack. What appealed to me the most was the local peoples ability to deal with what had happened in the past and what was presently going on. Kids still played, adults still went to work and to the market.
