1.Nice views, but Condos leave a lot to be desired

Beautiful ocean front property and well kept grounds. Cool tide pool, but beach has lots of rocks so not good for boogy boarding. Pool is nice. Condos are all individually owned and each is decorated by the owner. Some are nice, and others like the one we got (#522) was in need of rennovation. Cabinets where old and repainted multiple time and sticky. Showers are disgusting. Bathroom walls had hair stuck in paint. Carpet was stained.Appliances are old. Maid service did poor job. No AC in units, ... More

When we arrive here our blood pressure probably drops a third. We have stayed here many time, we always come back. All the units have beach view, some as close as 50 feet from the ocean. Beatiful green lawns and plants right next to the ocean-nothing prettier. Located within walking distance of the Market Place-probably 50 shops and restraunts. Only a mile from the 2 big markets on island. Lae nani is located on the east side about in the middle between Princeville (north) and Poipu (south... More
When we arrive here our blood pressure probably drops a third. We have stayed here many time, we always come back. All the units have beach view, some as close as 50 feet from the ocean. Beatiful green lawns and plants right next to the ocean-nothing prettier. Located within walking distance of the Market Place-probably 50 shops and restraunts. Only a mile from the 2 big markets on island. Lae nani is located on the east side about in the middle between Princeville (north) and Poipu (south), so everything in either direction is about 45 minutes away. These are all individually owned condo and if you don't like the unit you are assigned to, go complain at the front desk and they will most likely find another unit. Lots of repeat visitors come here.
