1.Key Largo is AWESOME!

I had a friend that lived in Key West for a few years, and we used to fly into Ft. Lauderdale and drive down to KW. WE used to just drive THROUGH Key Largo. In 2006 Penn State played in the Orange Bowl, and we decided to extend out vacation and spend a few days in Key Largo. WHAT a great place! The diving is unmatched! The food is OUTSTANDING (WE reccommend the Fish House HIGHLY!) We're spending two weeks in the Keys this November and will be up in Key Largo often! If you get the change GO!... More

Woa! That sounds so cool. Sounds like something you would find in a spy movie. Wow I wish I could spend even one night in a place like that! Yes that means I have'nt been there,but the description of it makes me want to go there, when I have enough money.... More

5.Romantic Tarpon Flats

We spent two nights in Miami (hated some of it) and then drove to Key Largo. It was our third anniversary. Key Largo was wonderful. It was quiet and laid back. Our B&B/hotel Tarpon Flats was awesome. The front of the hotel had a small waterway where a small ship or two could dock. One afternoon there was one that had just come in and the fisherman were calling to me to come aboard. I did and they were feeding a manitee out of the waterhose. It let me pet its snout and head. So awesome! Plus the ... More

We loved it and were just talking about going back.
