Lake Las Vegas is absolutely amazing!! I actually used to work out there for the Hyatt before it was sold to Lowes. The houses are amazing there is green grass lakes. GREAT golf!! It is 17 miles off of the strip but it's also a short drive to Lake Mead. Its far enough away you won't realize you are in Vegas but close enough you can be on the strip in about 20 - 25 minutes. I wish the Hyatt was still there because I would still be there!!!... More

at Lake Las VegasGreat...that is if you like huge black roaches scurring all around your condo!We were there last June & it was a nightmare! The management was not very helpful.They said they had already treated the building suggested we take it up with the \Powers the be\ ! Even housekeeping was not at all surprised to hear about the roaches. By the way...we saw more roaches in the bathroom of one of the restaurants on the property...I gave me the Creepy Crawlies!I will NEVER go back there! ... More

I went to Lake Las Vegas last month and had a blast! I took my wife and my 8 month old son for a relaxing and serene vacation at Montelago Resort which was highly recommended by friends and family. We arrived at 3pm and walked around thier little village. Excellent food! That night we walked around and hanged out around the fountain in front of a pub which had live music. Saturday we went to the casino ate lunch and relaxed at the pool. That night there was a wine tasting event which had 2... More

We arrived at 3pm and walked around thier little village. Excellent food! That night we walked around and hanged out around the fountain in front of a pub which had live music. Saturday we went to the casino ate lunch and relaxed at the pool. That night there was a wine tasting event which had 24 wine stations around the village. At the same time a jazz band was playing at the bottom of the hill. This hill was full pf people with thier beach chairs and blankets. It was like a big picnic in front of the jazz stage under the stars. The band stayed till 10pm. Sunday came along and we had a hearty breakfast at the casino and passed by the Vegas strip on the way home.Next time we go we will be staying at the Montelago Resort and will take a short trip to Lake Mead for some jetskiing action. Good times at Lake Las Vegas.
