3.Not the best place in the world but...

Laramie is very cold and windy and snowy but a cheap place to base mountain day trips out of. Useful for the Snowy Mountain range and the Medicine Bow. Good for a family there is a kids museum there and Uof W has the Owen Wister room as well as a farily nice art museum that is always borrowing exhibits. Everything is smoke free! Try Altitudes Restaurant. Plenty of western shopping as well... More
