1.Changing flights

My entire trip was fine. The problem was i needed to change my dates of travel. When I called your AOL Travel Service they were trying to charge me $180 to switch which i understand, but trying to charge me $575 difference when I found flights the same time for 150 difference. I probably will not use your travel service again.... More

4.Car Rental

I was not able to rent the car from payless rental because of a $350.00 deposit they wanted me to leave. The contract did not explain that to me. I rented a car from dollar rental and they to required a deposit but didn't say anything to me about it. I rented the car with the asumption that I was going to get charged what the contract stated which was $205.00 but was charged the $350.00 deposit which overdrew my account. When I returned the rental I wasn't charged the quoted price of $205.00. I ... More

When I returned the rental I wasn't charged the quoted price of $205.00. I was charged $312.00 and that was for bringing back the car on time. So It was not a good experience.

the flights going and coming was the only problem with the trip. I traveled with 6 others and made my plans will in advance. pick out seating for us all to be together and the alrline put us were they wanted. none of my party set together. why let us pick from a seating cart if this is how they are going to deal travelers. other wise my Las Vegas stay itself was a complete 5 star experience...
