Outstanding service, beautiful setting, great restaurants.

Fantastic resort experience. Recently rated the best resort in the USA by Conde Nast and Travel & Leisure magazines. It's obvious why this is so from the moment you enter the driveway of the property. The valets at the circular driveway main entrance will greet you with an "Aloha!" and a flower lei for females and a vine lei for males. We stayed on the Club Floor, oceanview prime, for 7 nights (south tower, 8th floor). Well worth the extra expense. Room 811, an oceanview executive suite, is among the most coveted rooms. This revelation will probably garner me hatemail from those who constantly vie for this room. It's the best of the best because of its location and view. The Club Floor lounge offers complimentary continental breakfast, afternoon tea (lunchy goodies), early evening appetizers (you can actually make it dinner if you feel like not going out), late evening deserts and cordials. Again on the Club Floor...all-day unlimited refreshments including top shelf liquors and the finest of French champagnes...that never ending glass if you are so inclined. You are PAMPERED. The concierge staff of seven very professional men and women are there for your every whim from 6:30AM until 11:00PM daily. At least two of them are present at any given time. The beach is among the best in the world. Pool service is tops and the attendants all have that Aloha charm. Very willing to chat up the guests with great senses of humor. Grab a cabana, complimentary to all guests, and the pool attendant will run to you with towels, terrycloth chair covers, and a smile. Take advantage of the poolside spa treatments like foot rubs, scalp rubs, and back & neck massages. Don't miss the bento box of the day for lunch, poolside. Great place for celebrity spotting. Leave them alone; it's their vacation too. Make reservations for the three on-site restaurants: Spago, Duo, and Ferraro's. Absolutely loved the experience at the Four Seasons Maui at Wailea. Would do it again in a heartbeat!

This hotel had everything... the service was amazing, room was beautiful, and scenery was breathtaking! Even though it's a bit pricey, it was worth the splurge. We loved laying out at the pool and even saw a whale from there in the ocean not too far away.... my favorite part was the service by the poolside with the beach right there in full view.
