Room layout was ok, but the parking deck is for the birds, very dangerous entering and leaving each level , the elevators were the worst if you stayed above the 12th floor & used the parking deck (levels 3,4,& 5; elevator you had to get off of 1 elevator then onto another just to get to your floor, maid service was poor, took all the towels & wash clothes and did not replace with any. When checking in the front desk staff did not make you feel very" WELCOMED". Needless to say everyone we talked to said they were also checking out the next door resort (Dunes Resort) "very nice" and elsewhere for the next time, no one seemed to be pleased with this place, alot of "aggravation"!! Other than the layout of the room and price we paid, that was the only thing good. Sometimes what you pay for is what you get, so really check out the details before booking here. Sorry but we won't be back to this one. We stayed at the BayWatch Resort before and loved it even their staff was more friendlier :)
