I love visiting Napa with my girlfriend as well. Some of my favorites are Artesa Domaine Carneros Castello di Amorosa (takes you back in time) Peju (gorgeous property) Hagafen (small family owned) Sterling (Sky Tram/makeout ride). When visiting I usually pickup the Concierge Publication by econcierges.com http://www.econcierges.com to print some FREE tasting passes and discounts on Spas/mud baths and restaurants and hotels.
