I believe I've stayed at this hotel 6-7 times already, and I'll be staying again in about 3 weeks. I even stayed on New Years Eve 07.
For the price, it has to be the best hotel ever, and I travel often. It's no different than a Holiday Inn to be honest as far as the room itself is concerned.

It is run by a family who has always been very kind to me, the rooms are always clean - I'm never awake in time for the breakfast but the room has everything you'd really need - a fridge, microwave, cable, and wireless internet (and obviously an ice, soda, and snack machine).
Right next door (walking) is a Hooters, a bunch of fast food chains (Jack in the Box, Burger King), a gas station/store, and the highway is only 2 seconds away to head East or West. Airport is about a 10 minute drive.
It takes maybe 8 minutes to drive downtown to the (fun) city of Nashville, or 20 bucks for a cab ride (if you're planning on drinking), which is pretty cheap to a New Yorker like myself - especially if you aren't alone.
If you don't want to pay $179 a night or more in the city, this is by far the best bet. I've stayed at the hotel next door, which is the same price, and it had no internet, a crappy air conditioner, and below average rooms. Go with this one!
